7 Crafts from Cardboard, Creative Play Ideas with Children at Home

Jakarta

We can do many play activities with our children at home. One of them is making crafts from used cardboard, Mother.

Cardboard can be a medium to increase the creativity of the Little One. In addition, cardboard can also be a playing medium to overcome boredom and increase bonding with children.

According to Marriage and Family Therapist, Blake Griffin Edwards LMFT, playing activities with children does not have to be luxurious. You can use a piece of paper and draw a picture to create a masterpiece with your child.

Surprisingly, one of the toys that children like the most is cardboard. Through this media, children are free to play and be creative.

“One of the children’s favorite toys is cardboard boxes. Give children the freedom to be creative by turning cardboard boxes into whatever they want,” said Edwards, quoted from Psychology Today.

Freeing children to be creative is good, but there’s nothing wrong with looking for ideas to increase children’s creativity. For example, Mother is looking for ideas to make crafts from cardboard that are useful for children.

Many crafts from used cardboard can be used as items or toys. Mother can help direct the Little One to make this craft.
