BANDUNG – The Bandung City COVID-19 Task Force (Satgas) has disbanded music concert which presents singer Tulus at Critical 11, Bandung City, Tuesday (29/3/2022).

Daily Chief Covid-19 task force The city of Bandung, Asep Gufron said, the disbandment had to be carried out because the committee did not have permission from the Bandung City COVID-19 Task Force and permission for crowds from the police.

“Yes, it was disbanded because it doesn’t have a permit. Yes, it has been (dissolved),” Asep said when confirmed, Tuesday (29/3/2022) night.

According to Asep, the disbandment was carried out by officers before the music concert started. Asep also said that since 18.30 WIB, the officers at the concert site had given an appeal and asked the organizing committee to show permission. However, the committee was unable to fulfill this request.

“Asked for permission, he did not show either from the Bandung City Task Force or from the Bandung Polrestabes regarding the crowd permit. After that, there should be no activities,” he said.

Apart from not having a crowd permit from the police, the concert organizing committee also did not pay attention to the maximum capacity of the building, which should only accommodate 200 people.

“The building which is the location of the concert actually has a capacity for 750 people, while information from the sub-district task force has received invitations to reach 500, it’s not in accordance with the regulation’s mandate,” explained Asep. However, Asep stated that music concerts were allowed to be held in Bandung. However, a number of rules must be adhered to by the committee, such as permission from the local COVID-19 Task Force and a crowd permit from the police. “Essentially, it was disbanded because it has not yet obtained a permit from the task force,” said Asep as Asep confirmed that currently, there was no activity at the concert location.
