TOEFL
TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language. In this test, Zone Buddy will take an English test with the material listening, readingand structure. TOEFL scores range from 310 to 677.
Usually, for requirements to apply to government agencies, institutions, or companies, use the TOEFL as one of the requirements with a predetermined score.
TEOFL itself is divided into 2, namely institutional and international. Then, if you want apply scholarships and who will continue their education to the United States, then use the International TOEFL.
Meanwhile, you can use the Institutional TOEFL to apply for jobs in companies and government agencies. Later, you will get a certificate from the National Education Office.
TOEIC
Furthermore, the TOEIC which stands for Test of English for International Communication. This English test is intended for prospective English teachers or educators who want to teach abroad.
But, not only that, TOEIC can be used for business, trade, and other purposes to obtain a license. TOEIC only consists of 2 exams, namely listening and readingwith scores ranging from 10 to 990.
So, you can conclude that TOEIC is really for the professional field or job applicants, not for applying for scholarships and other academic needs. Then, the exam questions are more directed to business.

IELTS
And finally, IELTS which stands for International English Language Testing System. This test aims to measure our ability in English. This test is divided into 2, namely institutional and international IELTS.
However, the difference with the TOEFL is that IELTS has 4 types of exams, including: listening (30 minutes), reading (1 hour), writing (1 hour) and speaking (12-15 minutes). So, overall this test took about 3 hours.
Then, the scope of IELTS is quite broad, such as for purposes of continuing education and making work visas abroad, and managing citizenship transfers.
The IELTS score itself is between 1 to 9. Then, for Zone Friends who want to continue their studies in the UK, Europe, or America, they must have a minimum score of 5.5 to 6.5 and it all depends on the conditions of each university.
