The event, which was held at Maspion Square Technology, was attended by the majority of Surabaya SMEs under the guidance of the Surabaya Community Information Group (KIM). Andreas Budiyono, BukaLapak Sales Ranger who represented Ratno Setiawan who was unable to attend, explained to the participants step by step how to increase sales at BukaLapak. The participants were even more excited because they not only listened to Andreas Budiyono’s explanation, but they also practiced on their respective smartphones.

The

most exciting session is the Q and A session or question and answer session. Various kinds of questions from the participants emerged. The majority of the questions asked were about the curiosity of those who have not “broken an egg” selling at BukaLapak. By following the Mebiso Talk series, their curiosity has been answered. The Mebiso Talk closed with a group photo session between the speakers and participants. One of the participants admitted that he couldn’t wait to immediately practice what he learned from Mebiso Talk this time.
