1. Madura Meat Soto Recipe

Material:

  • 600 grams of beef brisket

  • 5 boiled chicken eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Sufficient sugar

Softened seasoning:

  • 4 cm ginger
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 7 red onions, coarsely chopped, stir-fry
  • 5 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped, saute
  • 5 pieces of candlenut

Complementary:

  • Salty soy sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Lime, halved
  • Prawn crackers
  • Fried onions

Boiled Sambal:

  • 2 red chilies, coarsely sliced
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 sticks of candlenut
  • Salt to taste

Boil all ingredients except salt. Drain and puree with salt, add boiling water to chilies, mix well.

How to make:

2. Bogor Yellow Soto Recipe

Material:

  • 150 grams of lung
  • 150 grams of tripe, wash clean
  • 100 grams of beef brisket
  • 1 liter of water
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 segments of galangal, bruised
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 2 leaves in
  • 300 thick cinnamon noodles
