The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia did show a decreasing trend of daily new cases in the last few weeks, but this did not then have a direct impact on the economic recovery in society. Realizing that many people still find it difficult to fulfill their daily needs, because of this, Niagahoster took the initiative. Last August, Niagahoster ran the #NiagahosterSalingBantu campaign with the hope of helping Niagahoster customers and the public in general survive these difficult times.
The #NiagahosterSalingBantu program is divided into several initiatives. First, in the form of publications on Niagahoster’s social media. This initiative is specifically for Niagahoster customers who have registered their business for assistance with publication on Niagahoster’s social media. This is done in the hope of increasing exposure to Niagahoster’s customers’ businesses. This publication on Niagahoster’s social media has been running since August 7, 2021 and so far 60 businesses belonging to Niagahoster’s customers have been assisted in publishing on Niagahoster’s social media channels.

“We took this initiative as a form of Niagahoster’s concern for the environment. We do not turn a blind eye to the fact on the ground that perhaps the difficulties faced by the community are not only about businesses that are increasingly difficult to spin during the pandemic, but also the wider impact of meeting the needs of daily life.
