North Korea News: ‘Two dead’ after part of failed missile launch ‘hit university’ | World | News

According to information provided to South Korean news outlet SBS, a missile was fired from Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, on March 16. Intelligence officials said rocket fragments had hit the city’s Pyonyang university.

The top official added that the roof of the university building had exploded, and had received intelligence that two people had died as a result.

However, this information still needs to be verified, they said.

The official commented: “Missile shrapnel did not fall like hail on a private house, but the main facility in downtown Pyongyang was damaged.”
