The main ingredient

8 pieces of chicken feet (cut the nails)

Ground spices

– 8 cloves of red onion
– 5 cloves of garlic
– 10 pieces of cayenne pepper (if you want more you can)

– 2 cm turmeric
– 1 piece of ginger
– 3 candlenuts (which have been fried / roasted)
– 1 lemongrass stalk (geprek)
– 1 kaffir lime leaf and bay leaf
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
– 1/2 royco chicken flavor
– 1 glass of water
– 2 celery stalks for sprinkling

Steps:

  1. First, clean the claws that have removed the skin and nails. Next, boil it with 300 ml of water for 15 minutes
