ipadguides.id – The rapists of a junior high school student in Bogor have now been arrested by the police. The perpetrators consisted of three perpetrators, MF (21), FM (21), and IM (24). Two of the three actors are students at Bogor College, namely FM and MF, while IM is an entrepreneur.
The incident was confirmed by Iptu Rachmat Gumialr, Head of the Bogor Police’s Public Information Sub-Section. “Yes, the perpetrators of raping minors were arrested,” he told Kumparan.
Launching from Detik News, Rachmat added that “the three perpetrators have been arrested, now they are still under further investigation. Two of them are students. The victim is still a junior high school student.” In the statement, Rachmat said the incident occurred at 21.30 WIB at the rented Cimanggu Barat, Kedung Badak Village, Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City, Thursday (6/1).

Chronology
According to information from the Head of Criminal Investigation at the Bogor Police, Kompol City, Dhoni Erwanto to Detik News, the incident occurred when the IM perpetrator asked the victim to hang out with his friends. Then, the perpetrator picked up and took the victim to the rented house of the perpetrators.
After being persuaded to hang out together, the perpetrators asked the victim for drinks. After that, the perpetrator molested the victim in turns. Dhoni said “Initially, the family and the victim reported this action to the police, then follow-up was carried out until the evidence was secured with the perpetrator”.

The two perpetrators IM and MF were arrested by the police on Jalan Sholeh Iskandar, Bogor City. Meanwhile, the police arrested another perpetrator (FM) at his residence in the Cimanggu area, Bogor City. When the arrest took place, they did not put up a fight.
The perpetrator has been detained under Article Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Rachmat said “the maximum threat is 15 years in prison”.
